If your measurements fall between two sizes, we always suggest choosing the larger size for the most comfortable fit and easy alterations.

1. What is the best way to wash and care for my dress?
We highly recommend professional dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water. Always air dry in the shade and never use bleach.
2. Can I use a regular iron to remove wrinkles and creases?
We strongly recommend using a steam iron on low heat. Never place a hot flat iron directly on delicate sequins, rhinestones, or tulle.
3. Are the materials and inner linings comfortable for sensitive skin?
Yes all our dresses are engineered with soft premium inner linings to ensure a smooth comfortable fit against your skin all night long.
Orders & Shipping
1. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 12 business days. You can view specific delivery timeframes for your region during the checkout process.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact our customer support team within 2 hours of placement. Once the order enters the shipping process we cannot make modifications.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return window and return policy for dresses?
We offer a hassle free 30 day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
2. How long does it take to receive my refund after returning?
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
